Flexible options – from a complete 360o service to providing you with total control…
We pride ourselves on our flexible approach and making sure that any support we provide during the feedback collection and report production process is tailored to meet your specific needs and budget.
Whilst we make every effort to automate everything that can be automated, inevitable some form of administrator input will always be needed.
Whilst there are multiple implementation options, clients tend to opt for one of the following:
1: Fully-managed
This ‘hands off’ 360o feedback service is perfect for small to large organisations and consultants, who want to handover any implementation administration to a dedicated resource.
In this service, Greenbank or one of our accredited partners take all the hassle out of administering the feedback collection and report production process. Our excellent client services team manage the whole feedback process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The key benefits being:
- Any user support or help desk functions are handled quickly and professionally (in and outside of normal working hours)
- No additional burden placed on in-house staff
- Removes the perception that confidential information could be accessed by internal staff
- No in-house administrator training
- Hassle free!
- Even though we run the complete process on your behalf, you’ll still have direct access to a dedicated Project Manager and an overview of progress at all times.
2: Self-service
- Possible to integrate the system into your LMS system
- Technical support still provided by Greenbank
- Reduced cost
Step 1: Project Set Up
Clarify objectives and desired outcomes
When we work directly with clients, we first encourage a step back to consider the purpose of the 360o project – in other words, what do they want to be different?
- Do they want a more self-aware leadership team? managers who develop effective personal development plans?
- A better 30,000 foot organisational awareness of strengths and weaknesses?
- Or more informed succession plans?
Decide on the right questions
Useful output – to deliver the agreed purpose – requires thoughtful, considered input.
To achieve this, it’s vital to ask the right questions. Whether you are using your own company competency framework or you want to base your report on our industry-leading question sets, asking questions in the right way is something of an art!
We provide a full advisory service to support clients on not only the right questions, but also how they are grouped’ under headings – we call them ‘Success Drivers’ – to allow participants and organisations to see patterns of strengths and weaknesses.
Other Variables
There are a number of other decisions to be made that we can help on as required – for example:
- Scoring systems – 1-6, 1-5?
- How do you describe each value to allow for a consistent scoring approach?
- Free text questions
- Relationships – Peer, Direct Reports etc how do you describe these and do you include people outside the organisation?
- Who gets to see the results of individual reports?
- Do you want organisational reports?
- Branding & colours of screens and reports?
- Languages to be used?
- Email text and when automatic chasing emails should be sent out
- Opening text in the reports and on input screens
Navigator 360 is totally flexible for all of these, but we also know that many clients are happy to base projects on our own proven approaches, to keep things as simple and quick as possible!
Step 2: Project Set Up
Navigator 360 is designed to be totally automatic and its entirely possible to set the system up, press the ‘go’ button and then 2-3 weeks later, out come the reports!
Our clear, friendly emails help prompt people who might be slow giving feedback and the input screens are really easy to access and we believe they are the clearest in the business!
If you do want a degree of management, we can help you with a series of progress reports, showing who may need some support – perhaps there is a manager on holiday for example.
With our full-service option, you will have a dedicated administrator whose role in life is to pro-actively monitor feedback progress and flag early on if there is a need for manual intervention!
