Question sets that work
Navigator 360 is designed for you to be able to create your own questions. However, with over 30 years’ experience in designing 360o surveys, we know just how time-consuming this can be! We have therefore made available a series of proven questions, organised into a series of ‘success drivers’ (competency headings). You can use them exactly as they are or use them as a starting point for a tailored version.
