Recipe for a great Navigator 360 project​

Getting started

  • Ensure clarity about confidentiality and who will receive copies of feedback reports
  • Ask the right questions e.g. fit with your competency model
    Categorise the questions into a handful of logical ‘success drivers’ – eg communication & influence
  • Consider whether questions need to be relevant to specific roles e.g sales manager, project manager etc.
  • Phrase questions using positive language easily understood in your business – avoiding ‘HR speak’
  • Ensure each question focuses on one behaviour at a time, so that feedback is very clear
  • Define feedback giver categories and the scoring system
  • Agree on any branding – i.e. look and feel of the survey & reports

Launch & Monitor

  • Ensure that administration of the survey is as simple as possible
  • Automated emails to individuals & their feedback givers
